Position Summary<br />
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Admin/Runner/Fielder, vendor management to handle daily operations, purchases, office maintenance, and administrative tasks. <br />
Job Location: Sector 17, Dwarka <br />
Salary: Negotiable<br />
Work Time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities<br />
Handle external outdoor tasks including frequent bank visits, market visits for quick-turnaround supplies, and coordination with local utility or services offices. <br />
Seamlessly manage all incoming and outgoing couriers, keeping immaculate records of shipping receipts and logs. <br />
Regularly monitor and manage basic office infrastructure and electronics, including printers, scanners, air conditioners (ACs), power backups, and generators to ensure zero operational downtime. <br />
Coordinate directly with local vendors for routine office supplies, kitchen/pantry requirements, and external repairs. Gather quotes, cross-verify bills against purchases, and keep track of standard office inventory. </p>
<p>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<br />
Education: High school diploma, matriculation, or equivalent.<br />
Experience: Prior experience of 2 to 3 years as an office boy or office assistant<br />
Skills: Dependable, respectful, and familiar with basic office electronics (printers/scanners/AC/Generators).<br />
Language: Fluent in Hindi with a basic understanding of English.<br />
Age &amp; Gender: Only male candidate is preferred with an age up to 28 years </p>
