Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and professionally handle showroom walk-in customers and enquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Kinetic EV model. Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and offers. Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and test rides . Generate leads through follow-ups, referrals and local market activities. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets . Maintain accurate customer and lead records. Coordinate with the documentation, finance, insurance and delivery teams. Ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery. Follow up with existing customers for referrals and repeat business. Stay updated on Kinetic EV products, pricing, offers and competitors. Mandatory Requirements Prior experience in automobile sales is a MUST. Experience in two-wheeler / EV / automobile dealership sales will be preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good knowledge of sales follow-up and customer handling. Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions. Basic computer/CRM knowledge. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
