<p><b>Expense Management –</b></p>

<li>Accurately support the processing and submission of expense claims &amp; invoices for Client’s Directors in India using Client’s system in accordance with Client’s  financial policies and documentation standards, as directed.</li>
<li>Coordinate with relevant team to support that invoices are shared timely and resolve discrepancies promptly, as directed.</li>
<li>Assist team members with Client’s  system (Certify) related queries and provide basic user guidance and coordinate with appropriate Client’s /Service Provider support channels.</li>

<p><b>Travel &amp; Logistics –</b></p>

<li>Act as the point of contact as designated by the Client’s  India team on travel, liaising effectively with local and global travel partners, in coordination with the Service Provider where appropriate..</li>
<li>Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and ground transport for Client’s  India Directors (and their team on adhoc basis if needed) and visitors, ensuring compliance with Client’s  travel policy and budget approvals, as directed.</li>
<li>Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and work with the respective team admin to support on the itinerary as needed.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of travel-related reporting, including carbon footprint data, as required.</li>

<p><b>Event Management –</b></p>

<p>Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including workshops, offsites, celebrations (in office and externally) coordinating venue bookings, catering, AV setup, and other logistics, as directed.</p>

<p><b>General Administrative Support-</b></p>

<li>Maintain and update contact list, subscription list, Photo database &amp; other records as required for the India office (in compliance with applicable policies of the Client), as directed.</li>
<li>Work as a team in close collaboration with other Executive Assistants (Eas) and local office management to support smooth running of the office infrastructure, including assisting with high workloads and when there are absences, as directed and without supervisory authority over Client personnel.</li>
<li>Provide support on adhoc administrative requests and projects as needed, and directed, and without assuming managerial or decision-making responsibilities</li>

<p><strong>Brief Job Description :</strong><br />•    Provides high-quality and valuable support to contracts administration and related processes. <br />•    Processes transactions on time and in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner, with focus on quality and timeliness. <br />•    Ensures that information logged in the designated databases and systems is accurate and updated. <br />•    Ensures that proper monitoring is in place and required reports are delivered in a timely manner. <br />•    Ensures that information needed by internal and external customers are provided accurately and on time<br />•    Ensures all contract transactions are done accurately and on time. <br />•    Ensures all required information is logged in the appropriate systems and databases in a timely and accurate manner. <br />•    Provides accurate solutions to issues and concerns raised by the market units or other points of contact. <br />•    Liaises with the market units regarding any detail/s not sufficiently clear to ensure transactions are accurate. <br />•    Guarantees accuracy in all transactions as per agreed SLA and complies with the defined procedures and standards set forth within the workgroup/team.</p>
<p><strong>Required/ Minimum Qualifications :</strong><br />College graduate of any course</p>

<p><b>Job Summary</b><br />
Assists raters and team leads in routine tasks. Enter data into customers’ files, gather and send documents.<br />
<b>Responsibilities:</b><br />
Assist in clerical tasks: information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, splitting, etc<br />
Performs data entry/scanning.<br />
Completes first screen of B3 (customers’ files), open LVS, etc.<br />
Assists raters in general office duties: reports, forms, claims, etc.<br />
Answers phone calls from partners and other offices.<br />
Operates scanning station for imaging.</p>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b><br />
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint<br />
Strong typing skills<br />
Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team<br />
Excellent communication skills<br />
Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment</p>
