<p><strong>Job Summary </strong><br />We are seeking an experienced and proactive Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance in the designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving area sales targets through effective preparation of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (PSRs), including tour planning and doctor-product matrix development. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in formulating new product launch strategies, conducting Retailer Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA), and ensuring the sales force is well-prepared and continuously performing. </p>
<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities </strong><br />• You will be responsible for on-the-job coaching on brand strategy, regular engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/Key Business Leaders (KBLs), and implementation of strategic initiatives for doctors, hospitals, and areas.<br />• You will be responsible for planning the launch of new product, for designing and implementing effective sales plans on a weekly basis, as well as developing quarterly input planners for each Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR). Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in training PSRs on product brand strategies, updating the team on product knowledge and related areas, and crafting a comprehensive doctor-product matrix.<br />• You will be responsible to update communication strategies in accordance with market trends to position products favourably within the industry. Review and approve various requests, such as travel sponsorships, adhering to MCI guidelines and company policies.<br />• You will be responsible to establish and maintain relationships with purchase officers in hospitals to facilitate streamlined operations and maximize sales opportunities.<br />• You will be responsible to conduct pre-launch Retailer Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA), with chemists and gather competitor information to assess doctor potential, train PSRs for effective product launches, and conduct post-launch reviews for necessary course corrections, aiming for successful product launches and achieving sales targets.<br />• You will be responsible to collect and maintain comprehensive data from various professional associations. Monitor and map the availability of doctors in the territory and provide necessary support and updates to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Head Office (HO) to ensure stakeholder engagement and product success in the market, <br />• You will be responsible to develop detailed implementation plans for new strategy initiatives based on provided guidelines, gather and analyse results and feedback from the team focusing on strategies for particular successful products in hospitals, guided by insights from doctors and PSRs, ensuring effective execution of new initiatives within specific hospitals and areas.<br />• You will be responsible to perform goal setting, conduct performance appraisals, and provide on-the-job coaching for team members, identifying their training needs and delivering necessary training on new processes. <p><span>As a</span>Territory Manager &#8211; New Delhi<span>, you are responsible for managing the sale of the organization’s products through distribution and retail channels across the New Delhi geographic area. You serve as a strategic partner to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), providing critical market insights to estimate product demand and drive the organization’s growth. You apply new approaches to merchandising and field activation to increase brand visibility and ensure that our life-changing products reach the customers and patients who need them. You work collaboratively with distributors and dealers to break down barriers to access, ensuring that our sales plans are executed with precision and operational excellence.</span></p>

<p><b><b>Territory Planning &amp; Execution:</b></b><span> You drive business results by providing information on the market environment to help estimate yearly product demand. You ensure the monthly achievement of SKU-wise sales plans and targets by generating secondary sales in the market.</span></p>

<p><b><b>Distribution Management:</b><span> </span></b><span>You monitor distributor performance, reviewing the existing network to propose the appointment of new partners or the termination of non-performing ones. You motivate distributors and dealers through regular communication, sorting out issues regarding accounts, pricing, and schemes.</span></p>

<p><b><b>Sales Promotion &amp; Merchandising:</b></b><span> You prepare and execute sales promotion plans through field activation and merchandising activities designed by the Marketing Team. You maintain rigorous records of these activities, tracking expenses and sales generated to provide feedback on program efficacy.</span></p>

<p><b><b>Market Intelligence:</b><span> </span></b><span>You monitor competitor information and feedback within your category. You provide regular reports to the ASM on competitor activities and stock availability of promotional materials to ensure Roche remains competitive in the landscape.</span></p>

<p><b><b>Customer Excellence:</b><span> </span></b><span>You address all complaints and suggestions from distributors and customers by coordinating with customer care. You organize dealer meetings in alignment with marketing strategies to ensure brand consistency and strong partnerships.</span></p>

<p><b><b>Financial Oversight:</b><span> </span></b><span>You ensure timely monthly collections through continuous follow-ups and submit inventory requirements at the distributor level as per the sales plan. You maintain disciplined daily reporting of customer visits as per established work norms.</span></p>

<p>Job Responsibilities:<br />Responsible for TW channel business for the region<br />Plan, organize and achieve overall budgeted targets<br />Plan and coordinate activities through sales team<br />Liasion with cross functional teams to recruit and onboard personnel for all product lines for the region<br />Train and motivate the team members<br />Supervise and guide the teams performance<br />Oversee cross-selling of all products for the region<br />Monitor budget achievements and prepare forecasts</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Develop and manage strong relationships with partners (distributors, resellers, and solution providers).</li>

<p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p>

<li><strong>10–14 years of experience in technology sales or channel management.</strong></li>
<li>Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>Experience managing a territory/region independently.</li>
<li>Strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners in the region.</li>
<li>Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solution selling.</li>
<li>Experience in building and executing partner business plans.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.</li>

<p>The MS Engineer is responsible for providing a service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Their primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions .The MS Engineer s responsible for managing tickets of low to high complexity.</p>

<h4>Job Description</h4>
<p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br />We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Strategy Implementation and Market Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies outlined by the Project Management Team, gathering customer feedback, and analysing market trends. Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders within the designated region, monitoring competitor information, and staying updated with doctors&#8217; prescription trends through collaboration with pharmacy managers. The incumbent will also be responsible for planning and executing Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives and other relevant activities to uphold the company&#8217;s brand image.</p>
<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong><br />• You will be responsible for promotion of the products by implementing marketing strategies using visual aids and feedback to the Project Management Team (PMT) while assessing competitors&#8217; products. Analyse doctor prescription trends to pitch products aligned with their preferences for specific molecules. Engage with pharmacists to gather data on competitor products, enhancing brand value and maintaining a competitive edge.<br />• You will be responsible to foster relationships with key opinion leaders and doctors, gathering feedback and competitor information, while providing medical support through Continuing Medical Education (CME) and resolving queries. Collaborate with the project management team to organize Sparsh and life awareness programs, nurturing positive connections with stakeholders.<br />• You will be responsible of weekly goal setting for each product and each doctor, study market trend and competitors’ products to understand their influence on customers in order to ensure that goals set for each week are achieved and overall yearly sales targets are met.<br />• You will be responsible to coordinate field activities for Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, persuading doctors to participate with the company.Arrange speakers and venues for CME events, collaborating with other divisions to jointly organize the sessions.<br />• You will be responsible to manage logistics for corporate social responsibility initiatives like the awareness for Life program, contributing to the establishment of the company&#8217;s brand image within the medical community.<br />• You will be responsible to review the sales of existing products through weekly sales review meetings, weekly statements from stockiest and compare against set targets, take corrective actions in case of any shortfalls to ensure that weekly sales targets are achieved.<br />• You will be responsible to manage Territory Data by regularly engaging with pharmacy managers and distributors to collect sales data and input RCPA data into the Unnati portal.<br />• You will be responsible to maintain an updated list of doctors within the designated area via handheld devices, and regularly meet with retailers to track product status.<br />• You will be responsible to organize monthly schedules using palm-top devices, inputting visit data and generating reports as necessary to ensure the portal contains the latest information.</p>

<p><span><b>Role Purpose</b></span></p>
<p><span>Area Sales Manager (ASM) in Distribution Sales vertical is responsible for sales of various SBI Card products in an assigned geography under one of the specified channels, through a large team of 50-120 NFTEs spread across geography on the defined POS and other distribution points or based at call centers on a tele sales process. The team comprises Relationship Executives (RE), Tele Sales Agents, Relationship Managers (RMs/TLs), Unit Managers and Back end team. This role of an ASM has the most enriched JD for any front line sales manager profile in the industry, owing to the scale of operatons and comprehensiveness, as supported by the role description mentioned below. </span></p>
<p><span><b>Role Accountability</b> </span></p>
<ol>
<li><span>Lead a team of NFTEs on PSA payroll comprimising of RMs, TL, RE &amp; operations resources</span></li>
<li><span>Effective coordination with WE function for right quality hiring, training of NFTE as per requirement, Placement of people as per skill sets/requirement of the distribution point</span><br /><span>Compliant management of PSA sites as per the Internal Audit guidelines of the organization</span></li>
<li><span>Manage open market distribution points along with cobrand tie-up&#8217;s and ensure cost viable delivery</span></li>
<li><span>Stay abreast with competition moves and align sourcing stratgies, opening of new distribution points in accordance</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure spread of field staff across the geography being managed in line with expansion of retail footprint and new customer acqusition</span></li>
<li><span>Manage DSA/LG channel partners and scale them for a cost viable, profitable journey of both organization &amp; the vendor</span></li>
<li><span>Drive right sourcing mix in both field and tele setup&#8217;s focusing on new to business customer acqusition for maximised spends,growth</span></li>
<li><span>Encourage increase of digital enablers example EKYC,VKYC, Perfois platforms for a better customer experience and smooth processing of the application</span></li>
<li><span>Diligent controls in application processing at backend shop to ensure high conversion rates for maximised output</span></li>
<li><span>Manage application processing TAT across levels of sales funnel to ensure faster disbursement of card to the customer</span></li>
<li><span>Control early card attrition and keep it under desired levels of the organization</span></li>
<li><span>Fair knowlegde to manage tele sales campaigns for high connect rates, maximised churning of data as per company policies</span></li>

<p><span>Responsible for sales of various SBI Card products in an assigned geography, usually 2-5 regions comprising of 80-200 branches of an SBI Circle, through a large team of 100-200 NFTEs spread across branches and various other points of sales identified by the bank relationships.</span></p>

<li><span>Maintain good working relationships at local level with stakeholders across SBI, SBI JVs and Associates &amp; Multiple Partner banks by addressing concerns &amp; providing priority service</span></li>
<li><span>Drive execution of special segment/product/program focused campaigns in assigned geography</span></li>
<li><span>Assess manpower requirements in assigned geography considering MOU &amp; budgets and work with workforce effectiveness to ensure adequate staffing levels across assigned geography</span></li>

<p>Functions as the leader of the property’s sales department for properties with bookings over 300 peak rooms and significant local catering revenue. Manages the property&#8217;s reactive and proactive sales efforts. Provides day to day leadership to sales associates to achieve property sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and property revenues. Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the hotel’s’ sales objectives. Evaluates the property’s participation in the various sales channels (e.g., Area Sales, Group Sales within the Sales Office, electronic lead channels, etc.) and develops strong working relationships to proactively position and market the property. <p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br />We are looking for someone who will drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure the successful promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical products with the objective of increasing market share of Dr. Reddy&#8217;s products in region and maintain cordial relationships with key opinion leaders.</p>

<p><b>Role Purpose</b></p>
<p>RSM in Distribution Sales is responsible for sales of various SBI Card products in an assigned geography through one or more of the channels available (Open Market, Cobrand, Tele Sales, Digital and LG). The geography consists of group of cities/state and is managed through a large team of NFTEs being led by ASMs manning all distribution points available or the call center engaged in working on leads originating from various digital journeys. The team span under this role would be a group of ASMs and extended team of NFTEs comprising of Relationship Executives (RE), Team Leaders/Relationship Managers (TLs/RMs), Unit Managers and Back-end team. This role can be a first step into people leader roles and naturally becomes a controller of business growth, channel relationship manager and a trainer to onboard and prepare a strong team of front-line sales managers of SBI Cards. The role also doubles up as a vice captain to the head of zone (ZSM) when required. </p>
