About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Event Manager / Planner to lead the planning and execution of corporate, educational, business, technology, cultural, and entertainment events. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end event management, client coordination, vendor management, sponsorship support, budgeting, and on-ground execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring flawless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution
Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.
Develop event timelines, budgets, layouts, and operational plans.
Coordinate venue bookings, permissions, logistics, registrations, and hospitality.
Ensure smooth execution of conferences, summits, expos, exhibitions, award ceremonies, product launches, concerts, and corporate events.
Manage event setup, branding, stage production, lighting, sound, and technical requirements.

Client Management
Meet clients and understand their event requirements.
Present event concepts, themes, budgets, and proposals.
Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after events.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Vendor & Partner Coordination
Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, hotels, production agencies, decorators, and technical partners.
Manage contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
Coordinate with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and VIP guests.

Team Management
Lead event coordinators, volunteers, promoters, and support staff.
Assign responsibilities and monitor execution.
Conduct event briefing sessions and rehearsals.

Marketing & Sponsorship Support
Assist in sponsorship acquisition and partner engagement.
Coordinate promotional campaigns through social media, digital marketing, and PR activities.
Support branding initiatives before and during events.

Budget & Reporting
Prepare event budgets and cost estimates.
Monitor expenses and ensure profitability.
Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event management tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–8 years of experience in event planning, event management, exhibitions, conferences, or experiential marketing.
Experience handling corporate, educational, government, or large-scale public events will be preferred.

You will be responsible for end-to-end tour management, from crafting the perfect itinerary as Travel Consultant.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Well versed in various areas of travel (international, domestic group/individual etc.)
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints.
Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
Knowledge of VISA documentation
Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation.
Negotiations with Flight, Hotel, Transport bookings.
Help Plan Trips, Create Itinerary To Domestic Or International Destinations, Tours, Accommodation, Transport.
Knowledge Of Domestic & International Package & Itinerary Is Must.
End-to-End Operations: Manage logistics including flight bookings, hotel stay coordination, visa processing, and local transport arrangements.
On-Ground Problem Solving: Handle real-time challenges during tours from flight delays to medical requirements with a calm and professional demeanor.
