As an ERP / Accounting Software Specialist, you will be the bridge between our software products and our clients. You will handle end-to-end implementation of our Accounting, ERP, CRM and HRMS software at client sites, provide ongoing support, train client teams and gather feedback that helps improve our products. Your understanding of accounting principles, business workflows, and software will be critical to client success.<br />
Key Responsibilities<br />
• Implement and configure Accounting, ERP, CRM and HRMS software modules at client locations (on-site and remote).<br />
• Understand client business processes (accounting, inventory, payroll, HR) and map them to software features.<br />
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and document functional specifications.<br />
• Perform data migration from legacy systems (Tally, BUSY, or manual records) into the new software.<br />
• Train client staff on software usage, generating reports, and day-to-day operations.<br />
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.<br />
• Log, track and resolve client issues; escalate bugs to the development team with clear documentation.<br />
• Prepare user manuals, FAQs, and training materials for clients.<br />
• Coordinate with the development team for customization requests and feature enhancements.<br />
• Maintain implementation checklists and project timelines for each client deployment.<br />
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<br />
• Graduation (B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc IT) – Commerce or Business background strongly preferred to understand accounting and business concepts.<br />
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with any accounting or ERP software (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, BUSY Accounting, SAP B1, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho Books, or similar).<br />
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles: GST, TDS, ledger management, bank reconciliation, invoicing, inventory, and financial reporting.<br />
• Experience in software implementation, client training, or application support roles.<br />
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (client-facing role).<br />
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and explain solutions in simple language to non-technical users.<br />
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of databases (SQL is a plus).<br />
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Delhi-NCR and occasionally outside. Preferred (Nice to Have)<br />
• Experience with HRMS / Payroll software (attendance, leave, salary processing).<br />
• Knowledge of CRM workflows (lead management, follow-ups, sales pipeline).<br />
• Familiarity with API integrations, report customization, or basic SQL queries.<br />
• Prior experience working in a software product company (not just using the software as an end user). <p>The developer must have good experience in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, API integration, and payment gateway integration. Knowledge of Binary Plan, Level Plan, Repurchase Plan, Direct Income, Matching Income, Reward Income, Wallet, Ledger, and Payout Management will be an added advantage.</p>

Develop and maintain Laravel-based web applications<br />
Work on MLM software modules like member registration, genealogy tree, wallet, income, payout, rewards, and reports<br />
Create and manage admin panel and user/member panel features<br />

<p>The primary responsibility of IT Technical Support Engineers is to provide a service to internal clients to ensure that the IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. Focus on ensuring all lines of support for more complex incidents, requests, events, and/or problems through the effective coaching and training of IT Technical Support Engineers.<br />
Undertake regular reviews to ensure that the assigned infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational. Ensure that the software is installed and configured in line with business requirements.<br />
Proactively identify problems, events, incidents, and errors prior to or when they occur.<br />
Foster good relationships with all stakeholders including vendors, carriers, and colleagues.<br />
Resolve calls and identify the root cause of incidents, events, and problems to ensure proactive future management.<br />
Ensure the efficient and comprehensive resolution of incidents, problems, events, and requests.<br />
Report and escalate complex issues to 3rd party vendors.<br />
Provide continuous feedback to clients, affected parties and update all systems and/or portals as prescribed by NTT Limited procedures.<br />
Proactively support the service desk by receiving calls and incidents, problems, requests, and events when required.<br />
Ensure the resolution and recovery of an incident in line with the relevant processes and service level agreements.<br />

Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.<br />
Pivot Tables in Excel<br />
Power query in Excel<br />
Extremely advanced Excel</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities-<br />
Business &amp; Performance Analysis<br />
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, and profitability across marketplaces and D2C platforms<br />
Track KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, inventory turns, and fill rate<br />
Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities using data</p>
<p>Marketing &amp; Growth Analytics<br />
Analyze performance of paid ads (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, etc.)<br />
Attribute sales across channels and campaigns<br />
Create dashboards for campaign ROI, keyword performance, and funnel metrics</p>
<p>Marketplace &amp; Operations Analytics<br />
Monitor catalog health, buy box %, stock availability, returns, cancellations<br />
Analyze vendor, ASIN, and SKU-level performance<br />
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning</p>
<p>Reporting &amp; Dashboards<br />
Build and maintain automated dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)<br />
Prepare MIS reports for leadership<br />
Translate data into actionable insights, not just numbers</p>
<p>Data Management<br />
Work with large datasets from marketplaces, internal systems, and scraped data<br />
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation</p>
<p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<br />
Technical Skills<br />
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.<br />

<p>Domain Knowledge<br />
Hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace analytics<br />
Understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Myntra, or D2C analytics is a big plus<br />
Familiarity with marketing metrics and attribution models</p>

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking<br />
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams<br />
