<p>1. To manage the Securitization Product (PTCs and DA), draw up process, policies and manuals of the department.<br />2. Provide customer service both internal and external stakeholders. <br />3. Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to. Build a profitable portfolio.<br />4. Build relationship with all kinds of Financial Institutions for their liability business, setting up counterparty credit lines from and with other banks, sourcing business from PSUs. <br />5. To cross sell various products offered by the bank to these customers</p>
<p>1. Product Management</p>
<p>Liaising with Originators, Rating Agencies, Arrangers, Legal Counsels and Trustees among others, Ensuring that the transaction is in accordance with the RBI Guidelines and SEBI Guidelines. <br />Providing inputs on the transaction structure and internal credit memo. <br />Collecting proceeds from the originators and appropriating the same to the Pool account with the bank<br />Adherence to RBI Guidelines in such deals.<br />Regular analysis of servicer reports, ensuring timely and accurate pay-outs. &#8211; Monitoring the credit enhancement as stipulated by the rating agency. <br />Sending out monthly reports along with future cash flows factoring prepayments to the internal credit monitoring team. <br />Responding to any queries/clarifications sought by the Compliance/Risk/Audit teams in connection with the product.</p>
<p>2.  Relationship management</p>
<p>To create excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the wholesale banking business<br />To coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met.<br />Ensuring approval and disbursement TAT are followed.<br />Location &amp; site visits whenever required and evaluate the quality and adherence to the policy norms.</p>
<p>3. Customer Management</p>
<p>Network with various stakeholders internally and externally. <br />Meet both internal and external customer turnaround time.<br />Responsible for Audit queries and resolution thereof<br />Liaison with internal &amp; external auditors, supervision of day-to-day operations for given portfolio, interaction with commercial branch managers etc.<br />Liaising with Legal &amp; compliance, Risk control &amp; clients to resolve various disbursement related issues.</p>
<p>4. Build relationship with FI’s for their liability business.                        </p>

<p>We are seeking a driven and experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) or branch channel for mortgage products. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving sales, ensuring compliance, and managing end-to-end case processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage rela+P33:P35tionships with DSAs and internal stakeholders.</p>
<p>Manage sales and distribution of mortgage products through DSAs. Empanel new DSAs from the market and drive business growth through them. Train and develop DST (Direct Sales Team) and DSA partners to ensure productivity and compliance. Ensure adherence to KYC and documentation norms as per company guidelines. Ensure timely and accurate closure of disbursement documentation. Liaise with internal departments including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations for smooth case processing. The target customer segment is small &amp; medium traders, manufacturers &amp; service provides and self-employed professionals. We have recently started funding Salaried customers also. The vertical has Pan India presence with coverage in most of the major towns of the country. The Sales team comprises Relationship Managers (RMs) who are responsible for acquiring LAP customers from various channels i.e. Direct Marketing Agents, Direct Sales Teams, Branch Banking &amp; Other Group Businesses etc.</span></p>

<li><span>Ensure unilateral growth by adding new Branches</span></li>
<li><span>Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity</span></li>
<li><span>Marketing and encashing catchment areas</span></li>
<li><span>Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property/HF/ Working capital.</span></li>
<li><span>Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets</span></li>
<li><span>Responsible for Project approvals of Builders</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell &amp; Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards   etc.</span></li>
<li><span>Training &amp; Development of the DST Team and DSAs</span></li>
<li><span>Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU &amp; Operations</span></li>
<li><span>Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores</span></li>
<li><span>Experience in SECURED LOAN SALES is Must</span></li>
