Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Production Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing production planning, workforce management, process optimization, and quality compliance, ensuring timely delivery of high-performance testing instruments, packaging machinery, and special-purpose machines.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven people leadership, and experience in driving productivity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Lead and manage overall manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and cost control.
Develop and execute production plans aligned with business goals and customer commitments.
Oversee multiple production teams and supervisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to support new product development and process improvements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and waste reduction.
Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, downtime, yield, and on-time delivery.
Manage capacity planning, manpower optimization, and resource allocation.
Address technical, operational, and people-related challenges proactively.
Maintain accurate production reporting and present insights to senior management.

Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
12–18 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong exposure to precision equipment, packaging machinery, or special-purpose machine manufacturing.
Proven experience in production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

The **(Warehouse Operations Coordinator)** is responsible for ensuring accurate packaging, dispatch verification, inventory management, warehouse organization, and daily production data entry. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing operational errors, ensuring timely dispatches, and supporting efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise packaging activities and ensure the correct quantity, SKU, and product specifications are packed.
* Print, manage, and verify shipping labels and dispatch documentation.
* Conduct final dispatch verification before shipment to ensure order accuracy.
* Manage inward and outward inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.
* Perform regular inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
* Maintain inventory data in Excel or the designated inventory management system.
* Enter and update daily production and dispatch data.

About the Role
We are a Faridabad based manufacturer of high tensile fasteners and cold forged auto components. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Store & Dispatch Manager to oversee our finished goods inventory, outward logistics, and packing operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership without being told twice.

Key Responsibilities
Manage finished goods storage and ensure accurate stock records at all times in Tally or ERP
Plan and execute dispatch to OEM customers and distributors with correct documentation (LR, e-way bill, delivery challans)
Coordinate with transport partners for timely pickups and cost-effective logistics
Ensure packing standards are maintained as per customer and product requirements
Track inventory levels and proactively flag low-stock situations before they impact production or dispatch commitments
Coordinate with the production team on outward readiness and priority orders

What We Are Looking For
Working knowledge of fastener grades (8.8, 10.9, 12.9, stainless steel etc) and familiarity with both MM and Inch fastener sizes
Proficiency in Tally for stock entries and basic documentation
Ability to independently manage logistics partners without constant supervision
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

2. Vendor & Workshop Management
Coordinate with tailors, karigars, embroidery units, and fabric vendors
Negotiate timelines and ensure adherence to brand quality standards
Maintain strong relationships with external production partners

3. Quality Control
Implement quality checks at each stage (fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing)
Approve pre-production samples before bulk manufacturing
Reduce rejection rates and ensure consistent fit and finishing

4. Costing & Efficiency
Work with sourcing/design teams on garment costing
Optimize fabric utilization and production processes
Identify ways to reduce wastage and improve productivity

5. Inventory & Resource Management
Track fabric, trims, and work-in-progress inventory
Ensure material availability to avoid production delays
Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch readiness

6. Team Coordination
Work closely with design, merchandising, and operations teams
Provide daily/weekly production status reports
Manage in-house production staff if applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years experience in garment production (ethnic wear preferred)
Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, embroidery, and finishing techniques
Experience working with multiple vendors and karigar clusters
Ability to manage timelines in a high-volume fashion cycle
