Skills:
Technical: Reading and understanding of engineering drawing, measuring instrument reading (vernier, micrometer, scale etc.), labor handing skills, awareness of quality systems, (Fiberglass, FRP/ Backallite/ Rubber molding is preferred )
Behavioral: Coordination and communication skills, maturity in dealing with workers and other departments, maintaining discipline at the workspace.

Qualification:
Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical engineering ( Regular)
ITI with fiberglass, FRP/ Backallite/ rubber molding.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of PLC systems
Expertise in electrical wiring
Understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
Experience with VMC, CNC machines, and Rotary Tables
Field service, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Delivering the Project brief to the client
• Review of Building Systems
• Co-ordination with various agencies,
• Cost and quality controls, Consultants Monitoring, Certification of vendor’s bills,
• Project Technical closure
• Closely monitoring execution at site, ensuring that all targets are met, Co-coordinating site meetings, project reviews and inspections.
• Working with the contractors and laborers and monitoring on site progress.
• Layout planning as per the requirements of project.
• Attending weekly site meetings and co-ordination.
• Bill certification.

Requirements:
Diploma in Architecture
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or similar setting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software.
Strong design skills and the ability to create compelling visual presentations.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Delhi.
Understanding of sustainable design principles and practices is desirable.
Working under pressure and willing to work late for project completion
