<h4>ABOUT THE ROLE</h4>
<p>As a Business Finance Specialist (Cards) in Jaipur, you are required to:</p>

<li>Hire and closely manage the DST/FOS team in the assigned market, including training, performance tracking, and providing on-ground support to ensure effective execution.</li>
<li>Identify and engage with SMEs, corporates, restaurants, salons, hotels, and other relevant retail outlets in the Delhi NCR region to pitch and close partnerships for Tide Card distribution.</li>
<li>Take full ownership of the acquisition pipeline by managing both active and prospective leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners across restaurant, salon, retail, and hospitality segments.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing support and training to onboarded partners, equipping them with product knowledge and relevant business opportunities for success.</li>
<li>Coordinate the monthly rollout of partner activation campaigns and app-based marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for partners, handling operational and technical queries and escalating to internal teams for timely resolution.</li>
<li>Explore and implement new growth opportunities by deepening engagement with existing and potential partners.</li>
<li>Monitor the competitive landscape and evolving partner trends to refine strategies and maintain strong market positioning.</li>
</ul>
<h4>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</h4>
<ul>
<li>5–7 years of total work experience with at least 3+ years managing FOS/Card sales teams, preferably in fintech or prepaid card sales.</li>
<li>Skilled in hiring, training, and scaling field sales teams from scratch with a deep understanding of on-ground execution.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and capable of identifying innovative use cases for Tide Card adoption.</li>
<li>Strong ownership mindset with a creative and solutions-driven approach to solving business challenges.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.</li>

<p>This position will report to the Manager, Finance and is responsible for generating complex customer invoices in a labor-based environment and performing all activities in the revenue accounting function. This position is responsible for the daily management of project set-up of customer account activity, ensuring accurate billing in a timely manner, and handling disputes on invoicing</p>

Understand and own the processes of the Company’s <span>    revenue</span> cycle to ensure proper revenue recognition compliance with USGAAP and internal policies<br />• Review new contracts and purchase orders for non-standard terms and conditions and compliance and ensure that all revenue for the period is recorded and recognized according to USGAAP and the Company’s revenue policy<br />• Work closely with management daily to review detailed, sometimes complex, client contracts to ensure proper project set-up, billing, and revenue recognition and maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data files<br />• Record monthly revenue recognition and ensure compliance with USGAAP and the Company’s internal policies<br />• Process customer invoices and ensure correct billable resources, hours, and rates are generated timely and accurately for Time and Materials, Fixed Price, and Cost+ professional service engagements<br />• Develop and maintain working relationships with Delivery, Sales, and Finance teams, handle customer queries/issues, and coordinate timely resolution<br />• Manage day-to-day revenue accounting functions including month-end close, reconciliation of revenue-related accounts, preparation of revenue deferrals, monthly analysis, and internal and external audit schedules<br />• Ensure the integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls and recommending efficiency and effectiveness improvements<br />• Partner with ERP team and other departments to streamline and automate accounting processes and transactional cycles concerning Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, and Customer Management.</p>

<p>The Hitachi Digital (HD) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Accounts Payable team provides post-procurement services supporting Digital Infrastructure (DI), Digital Services (DS), and GlobalLogic businesses.</p>
<p>The team is responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and is globally distributed across multiple locations. Currently comprising approximately 70 professionals, the team is led by the Service Delivery Senior Director based in Poland.</p>
<p>Our scope covers all key AP processes, including (but not limited to) vendor master and vendor relationship management, invoice processing, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, onsite travel expenses, process harmonization and standardization, month-end close activities, and audit support.</p>
<p><b>The Role:</b></p>
<p>This role supports Accounts Payable operations by ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor management, employee reimbursements. The role will support audit requirements and month end closing activities while ensuring adherence to company policies. The role reports to the AP Manager.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Process PO and Non-PO invoices with accuracy and within defined SLAs</li>
<li>Perform 2-way / 3-way matching and resolve price and quantity mismatches</li>
<li>Manage vendor master data requests including creation, modification, and validation checks</li>
<li>Handle vendor queries and maintain effective stakeholder communication</li>
<li>Review and process employee expense reimbursements in line with company policy</li>
<li>Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on open items</li>
<li>Monitor GR/IR aging and coordinate with procurement/business teams for resolution</li>
<li>Post and reconcile AP related journal entries and accruals during month-end close</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and adherence to SOPs and internal controls</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You’ll Bring:</b></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related discipline; MBA (Finance/Operations) preferred</li>
<li>2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable operations</li>
<li>Good understanding of invoice processing, reimbursements, vendor management</li>
<li>Experience in month-end close activities a plus</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Coupa</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, process-driven environment</li>

<p><b>Role Purpose</b> </p>
<p>Responsible for leading team of Regional Managers for effectively conducting field collection Processes and deliver on portfolio performance.</p>
<p><b>Role Accountability</b> </p>
<ol>
<li>Manage portfolio (Multiple Due Stages) performance through a team of Regional Collections Managers &amp; ACMs, in line with Operating Plan. </li>
<li>Ensure appropriate infrastructure and resource availability to carry out collections as per operating plan</li>
<li>Formulate collection strategies for the zonal cluster basis market dynamics, portfolio spread/segmentation and business requirements</li>
<li>Identify critical/non performing segments and ensure appropriate legal hardship tools are applied to them for satisfactory resolution</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance review with all vendors, Agency Managers &amp; Regional Collections Manager for all critical metrics to track the portfolio health and ensure healthy process</li>
<li>Monitor field collections by bucket/vintage/region to ensure cost adherence in operations and achieve cost efficiencies</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to Compliance Policy, Collections processes and Audit requirements, Code and conduct and maintaining standards to achieve customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Ensure proper recourse mechanism is followed to resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner</li>
<li>Ensure 100 % SVCL coverage at all vendor locations of the Zone</li>
<li>Ensure monthly cost provisions are reported to Finance team as per timelines</li>
<li>Identify upcoming markets in accordance with the Sales growth plan and evaluate setting up/expanding operations basis volumes; Raise timely red flags on sourcing quality in new markets ensuring portfolio hygiene</li>
<li>Participate strategically and tactically in development and implementation of portfolio treatments to maximize collection for the portfolio and increase resolution/extraction</li>
<li>Perform peer benchmarking to create competitive infrastructure and deliver best in class performance on key metrics such as Credit Recovery as a percentage of Principle Credit Charge offs, Gross write-off, GNPA rates, Settlement loss rates, rate of recovery</li>

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>UNDP India’s Health Unit is implementing a wide range of projects in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), the Global Vaccine Alliance (Gavi), and State Governments. Together, these initiatives form one of the largest UNDP health portfolios globally, implemented at the national, state, and district levels. The Finance Officer will be a senior member of the Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) project team, leading and managing the project finance team to ensure robust financial oversight, donor compliance, and fiduciary integrity across all project components.</p>
<p>The HSS project portfolio plays a central role in strengthening India’s Universal Immunization Programme (UIP) by leveraging digital innovations and system improvements. The overarching goal of these projects is to ensure universal, equitable, and sustainable access to immunization services, combining digital health platforms, capacity building, and increasing state ownership of financing.</p>
<p>Current initiatives include:</p>
<ul>
<li>HSS III: Funded by Gavi, this project is scaling up digital solutions such as U-WIN, India’s nationwide digital immunization registry, supported by the Community of Practice for Demand (CoP-D) and advanced data analytics to identify and monitor zero-dose children.</li>
<li>eVIN State Support:  Initially funded by Gavi and now financed through state-level MOAs under the National Health Mission (NHM). This project sustains and expands the use of digital platforms such as eVIN, which have transformed vaccine logistics and immunization tracking in India.</li>
<li>Other digital health initiatives: Including Co-WIN and TB-WIN, which build on India’s digital health architecture to strengthen service delivery and monitoring.</li>
</ul>
<p>The Finance Officer will work under the supervision of the Project Manager and provide strategic leadership to the finance function of the HSS projects, overseeing an annual portfolio of more than USD 30 million. As head of the project’s finance team, the role will ensure sound financial planning, full compliance with UNDP, donor, and state-level requirements, and the establishment of robust systems for expenditure tracking and reporting. The Finance Officer will also advise project leadership on financial risks, opportunities, and resource allocation, ensuring that financial management effectively supports project success.</p>
<p>Operating in a complex environment with multiple funding streams and a transition from donor to state financing, the Finance Officer will be responsible for safeguarding fiduciary integrity and maintaining the confidence of government and donor partners. By building strong financial systems, the role will enable UNDP to deliver on its commitment to strengthening immunization systems and advancing the principle of Leaving No One Behind.</p>
<p>The Finance Officer will provide leadership and oversight of financial management across UNDP India’s Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) projects, including HSS III, eVIN State Support, and Co-WIN. In close coordination with Country Office Finance Team, the position will ensure compliance with UNDP, donor, and government requirements while strengthening systems for planning, reporting, and risk management.  Leading the project’s finance team, the Finance Officer will oversee cash flows and fund utilization, enforce strong internal controls, and drive process improvements. By delivering timely financial analysis and advice, the role will safeguard fiduciary integrity, support effective resource allocation, and advance the long-term financial sustainability of UNDP’s health portfolio in India.</p>

<p><strong>Financial Strategy and Oversight</strong></p>

<li>Lead the implementation of financial strategies for HSS in line with UNDP rules, donor agreements, and project objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance, strong internal controls, and the effective functioning of all financial management systems.</li>
<li>Recommend and implement cost management strategies, including cost recovery and cost-effective financial arrangements.</li>
<li>Implement forecasting models and financial tracking mechanisms to provide real-time visibility on cash flow, donor contributions, and utilization of funds.</li>
<li>Provide continuous analysis and monitoring of the financial and programme financial situations and potential risks; and provide forecasts for allocated development and management projects, transactions, and activities.</li>

<li>Strengthen and streamline processes for cross-charging, payments, certification, and documentation to ensure transactions are processed on time.</li>
<li>Ensure the project is audit-ready through systematic documentation, proactive monitoring, and timely implementation of audit recommendations.</li>
<li>Ensure financial activities, recording/reporting system and audit follow-up comply with UNDP Programme and Operations Policies and Procedures (POPP) and strategies. Provide support in closure of audit gaps and implement effective internal controls.</li>
<li>Identify and address financial risks, gaps, and systemic bottlenecks by introducing improved tracking tools, dashboards, and SOPs.</li>

<p>Education:</p>

<li>A professional accounting qualification from an internationally accredited institute of accountancy, and/or Advanced (Master’s) University Degree in Finance and /or Accounting is required.</li>
<li>A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas mentioned above, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience, will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.</li>
<li>Candidates with no professional accountancy qualifications, but with degrees that major in accountancy and/or finance, the candidates must complete the Finance Training and Certification Programme (FTCP) if recruited. </li>
<li>Candidates satisfying the two above criteria are exempted from undertaking the UNDP Advanced Accountancy and Finance Test (AAFT). </li>
