This role involves building strategic partnerships with ECOM players and dealerships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver an exponential retail sales growth year on year</span></p>
<h4><b>A Day in the life</b></h4>
<p><span>Omnichannel Sales Management<br />Manage target setting and performance for E-commerce and Dealerships. <br />Review and drive sales KPIs and ensuring on target delivery by engaging effectively with regional sales teams of respective BU <br />Business Scaling &amp; Growth Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic business plan to grow merchandise sales exponentially year on year. <br />Build a solid Distribution expansion plan to deliver on the organisational expectations <br />S&amp;OP Leadership: Lead S&amp;OP meetings, business reviews, and trading calls to align supply with demand and ensure operational efficiency <br />E-commerce Ecosystem Development: Finalize the e-com business model and oversee the on-boarding and management of key e-commerce partners.</span></p>

Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies. Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock. Inspect deliveries and date times to verify freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality throughout case lots. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas. Organize, clean, and sanitize all refrigerators and freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains. Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash and place in proper storage areas.</p>
