<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:</strong></p>
<p>As an Inside Sales Team Lead (UK Market), you’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Inside Sales Executives who engage directly with Tide’s UK business members. Your mission is to drive performance, uphold quality standards, and deliver consistent commercial results across a portfolio of UK SMEs, ensuring every member conversation is high-impact and aligned with Tide’s growth strategy.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with other Team Leads and Managers to support cross-functional projects, provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing, and help scale new initiatives across our sales teams.</p>
<h4>IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales and quality KPIs across our UK SME members</li>
<li>Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, QA reviews, and performance sessions</li>
<li>Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and training needs specific to the UK market</li>
<li>Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams (Product, CRM, BI, Marketing) to refine lead strategies and campaign execution for UK audiences</li>
<li>Ensure accurate CRM usage and data hygiene across your team</li>
<li>Maintain a strong understanding of current and upcoming Tide products, ensuring your team is equipped to pitch effectively to UK small business owners</li>
<li>Handle escalations or complex member interactions as a point of expertise</li>
<li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Inside Sales function</li>

<li>A strong communicator with a professional command of English (C1 level preferred)</li>
<li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying blockers and solutions</li>
<li>Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Kustomer or Salesforce) and experienced in data-driven environments</li>

<p><b>Your key responsibilities </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Relationship Managers (RM) and Account Managers (AM) to service client relationships.</li>
<li>Involves supporting the AM/RM in managing the day to day requirements of clients – related to banking transactions (managing NEFT / RTGS) , foreign currency transactions ( managing inward remittances / outward remittances) , trade trxns ( handling export / import transaction processing ) etc.</li>
<li>Assist in processing banking related client documents &#8211; filling the account opening forms and transaction requests.</li>
<li>Assist in processing KYC reviews for clients – checking KYC documents, maintaining KYC tracker, filling related forms , interacting with the clients in a few cases etc.</li>
<li>Send the forms for client signatures, scrutinize client signed forms to check they are complete and correctly filled and signed, arrange to submit the forms in time for processing, follow up to check status &amp; resolve any queries raised.</li>
<li>Handle client queries related to bank balances, transaction processing, sharing statements etc.  </li>
<li>Co ordinate with internal teams across the bank to ensure processing of WM transactions.</li>
<li>Additionally , if the person has some experience / knowledge  in handling investment transactions (in mutual funds, PMS, structures etc.) it would be beneficial.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Your skills and experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 5 years experience in the investment/banking industry, preferably in wealth management or priority/ private banking.</li>
<li>Fluent in written and spoken English</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of banking</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of MS word, excel</li>
<li>Experience in front office/client interaction</li>
<li>Additional knowledge of various types of mutual fund schemes, cut-off timings etc. would be beneficial. </li>
