Territory Manager – Service Delivery

Role & responsibilities Team Leadership & Field Management: Lead and mentor a team of field engineers, fiber technicians, and third-party contractors across the assigned territory. Drive daily KPIs including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction. GPON Architecture & Maintenance: Manage end-to-end GPON network operations, including Optical Line Terminals (OLTs), Optical Network Units (ONUs), and passive optical splitters. Fiber Network Operations: Oversee overhead/underground fiber optic cable deployment, fault localization, OTDR testing, and precision fusion splicing during link outages. Incidents & SLA Handling: Serve as the point of escalation for critical network outages across Delhi NCR. Ensure swift link restoration and minimal downtime for retail and enterprise subscribers. Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate with external cabling vendors, track fiber inventory (splicing kits, patch cords, joint closures), and supervise field compliance standards. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years in FTTH/ISP operations with at least 2 years in team management. Mandatory 2 wheeler and Driving License GPON architecture, Fiber Splicing, OTDR/LSPM testing, IP Networking

Senior Network Engineer

Reporting to : Team Leader – Service Delivery Function Name : Fault Repair Purpose of the Role: Responsible for 100% customer Service and maintenance of network element on field in the designated area Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime Ensure that the switches in the network are maintained as per norms Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TAT Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting Monitor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the events Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules Responsible for process adherence Provide structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service level Key Result Areas: This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of material and time consumption, quality adherence and brining in areas of improvement for process betterment in the organization Recruitment Specifications: Education Graduate/Diploma/ITI holder in any discipline Hardware & Networking, MCSE and CCNA preferred Work Experience 1 – 5 years of work experience Hands on experience in Trouble shooting of Networking and Hardware
