Job Description

Provide international Customer Service & Technical service through voice support( Related to Modem, Broadband , Router, IP, DNS Troubleshooting).
Offer technical support to customers.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Should have experience and good Technical Knowledge on ISP, router, Modem. networking concepts but candidates should be having Work in inbound Contact Centre.
