Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and tech-savvy professionals to join our Chat Support team. The role involves handling customer service, technical support, and e-commerce-related queries through chat channels while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a keen interest in mobile technology and consumer electronics, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities·        Handle customer queries and concerns through chat in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
·        Provide support for customer service, technical troubleshooting, and e-commerce-related issues.
·        Deliver effective resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
·        Manage up to three customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
·        Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions based on established processes and guidelines.
·        Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant teams as required.
·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
·        Adhere to defined quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance standards.
·        Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, policies, and process updates.
·        Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria·        Graduate in any discipline.
·        Freshers are welcome to apply.
·        Candidates with prior experience must have worked in a Chat Support process.
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
·        Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and 90% accuracy should be there.
·        Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
·        Tech-savvy with a good understanding of smartphones, consumer electronics, and digital products.
·        Comfortable working with multiple applications, systems, and web-based tools simultaneously.
·        Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills·        Keen interest in mobile technology, gadgets, and consumer electronics.
·        Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
·        Ability to handle multiple customer interactions without compromising quality.
·        Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
·        Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
·        Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Work Schedule·        6-day working week.
·        Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
·        Rotational shifts for Male Staff as per business requirements.
