Job Description
Senior Branch Manager
Job Title: Senior Branch Manager
Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)
Location: Neelankarai, Chennai (ECR – within 10 km radius mandatory)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday & National Holidays
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years in finance sector
Age Limit: Below 40 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee complete branch operations
Drive business growth and profitability
Lead and supervise branch team
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Develop customer relationships and increase portfolio
Monitor performance targets and branch KPIs
Requirements:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Experience in NBFC / Banking sector preferred
Ability to handle branch independently
