Business Development Manager / Sales Lead
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by generating new leads, managing sales pipelines, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads across multiple channels

Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from prospecting to closure

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients

Work with online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, and similar portals

Prepare proposals, gather and analyze requirements, estimate effort, and negotiate contracts

Develop and monitor sales goals, ensuring team targets are consistently met

Engage with clients and project stakeholders to understand business and user requirements

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Handle pressure effectively while meeting deadlines and business objectives

Train and support team members to enhance skills and performance
Required Skills

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Excellent IT fluency and understanding of technology-driven services
