Job Description

Stitch products as per production requirements and company standards.
Handle stitching of festive, decorative, fabric-based and customized products.
Operate sewing machines efficiently.
Cut, alter and finish products with proper measurements.
Ensure quality and neat finishing of products.
Maintain production targets and timelines.
Coordinate with production supervisor regarding daily work allocation.
Report material shortages or defects immediately.
Maintain machine cleanliness and basic upkeep.
Reduce fabric wastage and ensure efficient material utilization.
Support packaging or finishing work if required during peak season.
Good stitching and tailoring skills.
Knowledge of industrial sewing machines preferred.
Ability to understand measurements and patterns.
Attention to detail and finishing quality.
Ability to work under production pressure and deadlines.
Positive attitude and teamwork approach.
