Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on expertise in government tendering and bid submission through the GeM Portal and other e-procurement platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities related to facility management services, housekeeping, security services, technical manpower, maintenance services, and residential/commercial property management.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of government procurement processes and experience in preparing and submitting complete tender documentation for manpower-based service contracts.
Key ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other Central/State Government e-tendering portals.
Prepare and submit tenders for Facility Management Services, including:
Housekeeping Services
Security Guard Services
Technical Staff Deployment
Maintenance Services
Manpower Outsourcing Contracts
High-Rise Residential Society Management Services
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements.
Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, BOQs, compliance sheets, and supporting documents.
Manage complete bid submission process on the GeM Portal and other government procurement platforms.
Coordinate with operations, HR, finance, and management teams to collect required documents and pricing information.
Handle EMDs, tender fees, performance bank guarantees, and contract-related documentation.
Track tender status, bid openings, corrigenda, and award notifications.
Maintain a database of ongoing, submitted, won, and lost tenders.
Ensure timely submission of bids and strict compliance with tender requirements.
Support post-award documentation and contract execution activities.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
Certification or training in GeM Portal operations and e-tendering will be preferred.
Required ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years of experience in government tendering and GeM Portal operations.
Proven experience in filling and submitting government tender forms independently.
Experience in handling tenders related to facility management, housekeeping, security services, manpower supply, or maintenance contracts.
Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and State Government e-procurement portals.
Required SkillsStrong working knowledge of GeM Portal and Government e-Tendering processes.
Excellent documentation and bid preparation skills.
Understanding of manpower costing, service pricing, and contract terms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach.
