for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical requirements, international sales processes, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities through both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client technical requirements and project timelines

• Generate and convert leads through online platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.

• Identify business opportunities through offline channels including directories, direct outreach, and telephonic communication

• Handle international sales and international marketing activities

• Communicate with clients, conduct negotiations, and close deals effectively

• Build and maintain strong client portfolios

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT services and technical project requirements

• Experience in international sales and client handling

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Education

• UG: Any Graduate / B.Tech / B.E. (Any Specialization)

• PG: M.Tech (Any Specialization) / MCA (Computers)
