Customer Support Executive (Outbound Voice)

Location: 1st Floor, Fusion Square Building, 5A & 5B, subarea, Sector 126, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201313

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Role: Hiring Customer Support Executives for Outbound Voice Calling for QUBO(Hero electronics).
Products:
Smart Door Locks
Smart Home Security
Video Doorbells
Dashcams (Connected Auto)
Responsibilities: Handle outbound customer calls
Register complaints & resolve customer queries
Provide product support on calls
Conduct feedback & follow-up calls

Eligibility: Graduate (Mandatory)
‍ Minimum 6 months experience in voice process
️ Good English communication required

Interview Process:
HR Round – In-Person Interview
Final Face-to-Face Round (If Shortlisted)
Final Salary Discussion & Onboarding

Walk-In Details: Timing: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
