Location: Noida, Sector 62

Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform user requirements into effective design solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business goals.

• Convert ideas into user flows, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes.

• Design user interface components such as menus, buttons, tabs, icons, and widgets.

• Create interactive mockups and prototypes that demonstrate functionality and visual design.

• Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital platforms.

• Present design concepts and drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Identify usability and UX issues, including responsiveness and accessibility concerns.

• Improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

• Ensure consistency in design standards including fonts, colors, and visual elements.

• Follow best practices for web, iOS, and Android design guidelines.

Requirements & Skills

• Prior training or internship experience in UI/UX design.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design projects.

• Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Wireframe.cc, Sketch, and Photoshop.

• Understanding of iOS and Android design standards and guidelines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA (or equivalent qualification)
