Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Handle customer objections effectively
Close sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships
Coordinate with internal teams when required
