Job Description

We are looking for a 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for real estate and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Create 3D models and realistic renderings of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Prepare exterior and interior visualizations based on architectural drawings.
Develop 3D views, walkthroughs, and presentation materials.
Use Adobe Photoshop for post-production, image enhancement, compositing, colour correction, and presentation-ready visual outputs.
Edit and refine rendered images using Photoshop to achieve high-quality, photorealistic results.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and the design team.
Make revisions based on project requirements and client feedback.
Ensure timely delivery of quality visual outputs.

Requirements:
Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of architectural and civil drawings.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
