Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pre-sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
Oversee prospect qualification by understanding customer needs, budgets, and preferences.
Ensure clear and effective communication with potential clients to gather accurate requirements.
Maintain and manage CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect information.
Monitor data entry and ensure data accuracy and integrity across the team.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Support pre-sales representatives by addressing prospect queries and concerns.
Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation and qualification performance.
Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
Continuously evaluate and enhance pre-sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in the Cloud Telephony (Voice) domain with at least 5 years of team-handling experience.
Strong understanding of B2B markets and customer requirements.
Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
