a proactive and customer-focused Client Renewal Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer renewals, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Connect with existing customers and partners to ensure timely contract renewals.
Track, manage, and maintain renewal contracts and related documentation.
Prepare and share accurate renewal quotations with clients.
Monitor and report the status and progress of renewal pipelines.
Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accounts.
Maintain detailed records and interactions using CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, renewals, or account management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proven ability to manage renewal pipelines and achieve assigned targets.
