Job Description

Contact potential and existing customers to explain company products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the field sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
