We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage outbound sales and global lead generation across international markets including USA, UAE, Japan, and India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging with global clients, understanding IT service requirements, and scheduling business meetings to support revenue growth.
Generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Engage with international clients to understand their IT services and technology requirements.
Build and nurture strong client relationships while coordinating closely with internal sales and delivery teams.
Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and target achievement.
Schedule meetings and product discussions to support business development efforts.
3–7 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience in IT services or technology solution sales is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Exposure to international markets such as USA, UAE, Japan, or India is an advantage.
Strong understanding of global business environments and IT solutions.
