The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, blogs, case studies, user guides, and website content.

• Develop engaging marketing content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and clarity.

• Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and reach.

• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in technical or content writing within the IT/software industry.

• Excellent written, editing, and proofreading skills in English.

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts; experience with WordPress or design tools is a plus.

• Strong ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
