About the Role

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers and Senior Developers to join our team and work on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations. The role involves designing, configuring, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions that support IT service and asset management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments

• Deliver end-to-end ITSM implementation projects

• Configure and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)

• Customize workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations as per business requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions

• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation

• Strong experience in ITSM end-to-end implementations

• Proven expertise in ITAM (HAM & SAM) modules

• Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and architecture

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
