We’re Hiring: Enterprise Software Sales Manager (ERP)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Manager with a strong background in cloud ERP sales to drive business growth across multiple industry verticals. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of engaging senior leadership to close high-value enterprise deals.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on cloud ERP solutions such as SAP and Microsoft platforms.

• Manage and close opportunities across Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Services domains.

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with C-level executives to take opportunities from discovery through closure.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies such as BI, RPA, and AI to position value-driven solutions for clients.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to acquire new enterprise logos.

• Manage complex sales cycles and negotiations while ensuring a strong customer experience.

• Work effectively across US and Europe time zones to support global clients and prospects.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically in cloud ERP solutions.

• Proven track record of selling ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft solutions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes across multiple industry verticals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented professional with the ability to work independently.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
