We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager & Executive

Tech Arch Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join our Business Development team in Mohali. The ideal candidates will have the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads effectively across various channels
• Source leads through LinkedIn, classifieds, Google, and other platforms
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Communicate confidently in written and verbal English
• Understand the software outsourcing industry and domains such as eLearning, eCommerce, real estate, healthcare, etc.
• Have a basic understanding of technologies like PHP, WordPress, HTML, Node.js, and mobile app development
• Experience with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, and PPH is a plus

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong lead generation and conversion skills
• Excellent customer liaison and relationship management abilities
• High confidence in communication and presentation
• Awareness of software development processes and technology trends
