Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1+ year of experience in acquiring projects for Web Development, Mobile Applications, Salesforce services, or CRM/ERP systems through online bidding platforms
• Strong experience in lead generation and prospect management using platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and Sales Navigator
• Sound technical understanding of modern web and mobile technologies, CRM, and ERP systems
• Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Data.com, and other social networks is an added advantage
• Ability to analyze complex project requirements and prepare high-level proposals and bids
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, logic building, cost negotiation, and solution positioning
• Proven track record in new business development with consistent performance
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms, marketplaces, and professional networks
• Identify and engage potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
• Build, maintain, and leverage a strong professional network to drive business growth
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to estimate project scope, cost, and timelines
• Develop customized and targeted sales strategies for different clients and industries
• Respond to client inquiries, RFPs, and proposal requests effectively
• Research and identify potential leads through online sources, directories, and digital platforms
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance metrics
