Sales Executive – B2B
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth in the B2B sector.
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert leads into clients.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
Reporting: Track sales metrics, prepare reports on activities and performance, and provide actionable insights.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional client service, addressing issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
1–3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with the IT industry is a plus.
