Sales Executive – B2B

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth in the B2B sector.

• Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert leads into clients.

• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.

• Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

• Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

• Reporting: Track sales metrics, prepare reports on activities and performance, and provide actionable insights.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional client service, addressing issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation skills to engage and persuade diverse audiences.

• Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Familiarity with the IT industry is a plus.
