Accountant (IT Projects & Finance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations related to IT projects, vendors, and assets. This role involves handling accounts, IT cost tracking, compliance, and reporting while collaborating closely with IT and management teams.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in the IT industry)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Hands-on experience with Tally, ZohoBooks, and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly/annual reports

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations

• Track IT project costs, budgets, and expenses

• Manage IT vendor invoices, assets, and depreciation schedules

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and audits

• Prepare MIS reports and support management decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IT project accounting and cost allocation

• Understanding of software licensing, cloud billing, and IT-related financial processes
