Engage with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows for payment system enhancements and integrations.
Analyze and optimize end-to-end payment processes across channels such as NEFT, RTGS, UPI, IMPS, ACH, SWIFT, Cards, and Digital Wallets.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and data flow mapping for new and existing solutions.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and validation of business requirements.
Define and validate acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.
Stay up to date with RBI/NPCI guidelines, ISO 20022 standards, and emerging fintech trends.

8–10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Payments domain analysis.
Strong understanding of payment gateways, clearing and settlement systems, and digital payment architectures.
Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with core banking systems, transaction lifecycles, and API-based integrations.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

Experience working with banks, fintech companies, or payment processors.
Knowledge of PCI-DSS, AML/KYC, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent are an added advantage.

Hybrid – Candidates are expected to work from the Pune office 2–3 days per week.
