We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / BDM with strong experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience selling Website Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services (SEO, SMO, PPC) in international markets.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with global clients, understanding their technical requirements, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
⚠️ Important: Please do not apply if you do not have prior experience selling SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Development, or Mobile App Development services.
Generate new business through email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn, and direct sales
Identify and target international clients in the IT services sector
Understand project requirements and prepare detailed, customized proposals
Respond to client queries and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Communicate effectively to gather technical specifications for web, mobile, and marketing projects
Maintain and update client databases using CRM tools or Excel
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales
Provide weekly sales performance reports and forecasts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Services Sales
Strong technical understanding of Website Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, SMO, and PPC
Ability to analyze client requirements and prepare business proposals
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proven track record of lead conversion and client acquisition
Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Experience working with international clients or outsourced IT services
Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and web/mobile technologies
Strong negotiation and closing skills
UG: Any Graduate (BBA, BMS, BCA, B.Tech/B.E. preferred)
PG: MBA / PGDM (Preferred)
