Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth.

This role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance brand visibility and digital engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and track key social media KPIs

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies

• Plan, create, and oversee social media content across platforms

• Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies

• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging content for every stage of the customer journey

• Review and optimize website and social media content for better engagement and conversions

• Plan and manage digital marketing budgets, allocating funds effectively across channels

• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance

• Generate monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations

• Plan and execute innovative and viral marketing campaigns

• Lead digital strategy initiatives aligned with overall business objectives

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
