Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer to design and build high-performance mobile applications for a wide range of Android devices. You will be responsible for developing robust Android applications and integrating them with back-end services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to architectural decisions and delivering high-quality, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.

• Integrate applications with external data sources and APIs.

• Write unit tests to ensure code robustness, covering edge cases and reliability.

• Identify and resolve bugs while improving application performance.

• Continuously research and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure best practices in mobile development.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Android development, with strong leadership capabilities.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.

• Proven experience writing clean, scalable, and testable production-level code.

• Solid experience with unit testing (TDD/BDD preferred).

• Familiarity with offline-first UX/UI, analytics, and remote user support in mobile apps.

• Strong advocate of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and software craftsmanship.

• Experience with version control and development tools such as Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Bitrise, Opsgenie, and Bugfender.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within remote or distributed teams.

• Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a proactive and creative mindset.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
