Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Consultant to manage and deliver mobile app, website, and custom software development projects. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leading cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects aligned with the company’s goals and client expectations.

You will oversee the complete project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies will help drive efficient and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• Manage projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring compliance with established processes.

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to gather requirements and manage expectations.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA professionals.

• Identify project risks and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.

• Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client requirements through proper testing and review processes.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile, web, and software development.

• Make informed decisions to ensure project success while balancing timelines, quality, and budget.

• Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a software or technology company.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of mobile app, website, and custom software development processes.

• PMP or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
