We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs
Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through meetings and regular follow-ups
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on products and services
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and customer requirements in coordination with management
Ensure availability of necessary licenses, stock, or product materials for demonstrations
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales and financial reports
Monitor buying trends and provide timely market feedback to the internal team
Collaborate with team members to share customer insights and improve sales performance
Record sales and order details and coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Good understanding of business and market dynamics
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
