Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Consultant / Business Analyst who can effectively bridge the gap between clients, sales teams, and technical departments. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, designing solution workflows, and supporting the sales process with strong technical insights and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to gather and analyze detailed business requirements

  • Conduct comprehensive project flow analysis and design wireframes using Axure, Figma, or similar tools

  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to respond to RFI, RFQ, and RFP documents

  • Proactively scope and define technical solutions aligned with customer requirements

  • Assess customer needs and recommend optimized, scalable solutions

  • Provide architectural insights and ensure technical feasibility during the sales process

  • Support the sales team in achieving assigned revenue and profitability targets

  • Identify additional business opportunities within existing client accounts

  • Coordinate with R&D and customer support teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable

  • Highlight potential risks during deal closure and assist in mitigation planning

  • Provide product and solution training to customers when required

  • Act as Project Manager (if required) to ensure delivery aligns with initial proposals and client expectations

  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with management

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and requirement-gathering skills

  • Experience in wireframing and documentation tools (Axure, Figma, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Understanding of technical solution architecture

  • Ability to coordinate between sales, technical, and support teams

  • Strong problem-solving and client management abilities
