Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist responsible for generating high-quality international leads for Web Design & Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing international email campaigns, data mining, and LinkedIn networking, primarily targeting B2B and B2C markets in the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for Web Development, Mobile Applications, and SEO/Digital Marketing services

• Plan and execute bulk email and mass mailing campaigns targeting international markets

• Utilize email marketing tools, data mining techniques, and database development strategies

• Conduct B2B and B2C lead generation and prospect qualification activities

• Identify and research potential prospects through online data sourcing

• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies accordingly

• Create compelling and conversion-focused email content

• Build and nurture professional connections through LinkedIn networking

• Identify target audiences and design customized email campaigns

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in international email marketing campaigns

• Experience in lead generation within IT services or digital marketing industry

• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and best practices

• Hands-on experience with data mining and database building

• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation strategies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

• Detail-oriented with a strong results-driven mindset

• Familiarity with managing multiple email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) for campaign execution
