Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Operations Manager to join our Delhi team. This role offers hands-on exposure to daily operations, process improvement, and team coordination, with the goal of developing future operations leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor performance metrics and support achievement of operational targets
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and customer support
Support inventory management, vendor coordination, and resource planning
Prepare reports and analyze data to aid decision-making
