Business Analyst (BA)
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Introduce existing product solutions to clients and gather their expectations

Map client requirements with available product functionalities and identify gaps

Prepare detailed customization inputs to meet client needs
-
Analyze business and user requirements to define the Scope of Work
-
Create user stories, SRS documentation, and functional specifications
-
Conduct market research and document business and functional requirements
-
Design wireframes and mockups to define logical flow and information architecture (Axure mandatory)
-
Develop Logical Flow Diagrams, DFDs, Sequence Diagrams, UML, and Architecture diagrams
-
Suggest enhancements to improve user experience and overall product efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Work within Agile methodology frameworks
Required Skills:
-
Strong understanding of system design and software development lifecycle

Good knowledge of mobile and web application development processes and business flows

Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation
-
Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Axure (mandatory); knowledge of Proto.io, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, SmartDraw, InVision, MindMaple is a plus

Experience in creating UML diagrams and technical documentation

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:

Experience in Change Management, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Gap Analysis

Familiarity with Agile methodology
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
