We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create high-quality documentation and engaging digital content that enhances product understanding and user experience. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive software documentation

• Translate complex technical information into easily understandable content

• Create tutorials and user guides to help end-users navigate applications

• Produce diverse content formats including blogs, white papers, case studies, web pages, email campaigns, social media posts, infographics, videos, and press releases

• Prepare structured drafts using Content Management Systems (CMS)

• Proofread and edit content before publication

• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve web traffic

• Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics and suggest improvements

• Improve website usability, design coordination, content quality, and conversion rates

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to develop compelling visuals and illustrations

• Maintain content consistency in style, tone, and branding

• Participate in PR activities and guest post publishing

• Organize and maintain documentation structure and information architecture

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing, especially software documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong ability to simplify complex technical topics

• Creative skills with the ability to use visuals such as diagrams, charts, animations, and images to enhance understanding

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Content Management Systems

• Understanding of SEO principles and basic keyword research

• Good time-management and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Professional or Creative Writing

• Experience with FrameMaker

• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other content performance tools
