Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

Experience Required: 1–8 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to drive international business growth in Web Development, Mobile Application Development, and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project acquisition, bulk email campaigns, and freelance portal bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality international leads through bulk email marketing and data mining

• Execute large-scale email campaigns (4,000–5,000 emails per day)

• Extract and manage lead data from search engines, directories, and lead portals

• Develop and maintain lead databases with data cleaning and processing

• Identify and bid on quality projects through platforms like Upwork and Guru

• Prepare detailed and customized proposals based on client requirements

• Acquire and close Web and Mobile App development projects

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Data.com, and other professional networks

• Target overseas markets including the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East

• Collaborate with Business Development and technical teams for successful project conversion

Required Skills:

• 1–8 years of experience in email marketing and international lead generation

• 2–5 years of experience in Web and Mobile App project acquisition and closing

• Strong knowledge of trending Web and Mobile technologies

• Proven experience in freelance portal bidding (Upwork, Guru, etc.)

• Experience in sending bulk/mass emails and managing large email databases

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex project requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills

• Experience in data extraction, data management, and database development
