PositionWedding Sales Consultant (Female)
This is not a typical calling job.
You will be the first point of contact for couples planning one of the most important days of their lives. Your role is to understand their vision, build trust, guide them through our services, and help them choose the perfect photography experience.
ResponsibilitiesConnect with leads received through Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and referrals.
Understand clients’ wedding plans and photography requirements.
Explain Hawaijahaj’s services and packages confidently.
Schedule consultation calls and meetings.
Share quotations and maintain timely follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate lead records and daily updates.
Coordinate with the founder and operations team for smooth client handovers.
Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.
RequirementsFemale candidates only.
Must be based in Lucknow.
Work from Office (Gomti Nagar) only.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic to good spoken English.
Confident, professional, and presentable personality.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking on phone calls and WhatsApp.
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp Web, etc.).
Experience in Sales, Counselling, Customer Relationship, Events, Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Retail, or Wedding Industry is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
What We OfferFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
