Job Description: Eximise Technologies is an Australian-founded export technology company helping Indian MSME exporters recover government rebates (RoDTEP, IGST refunds) and simplify export compliance. We’re hiring a Field Sales Executive to visit exporters and small business owners across Delhi NCR, explain how they’re losing money by not claiming these rebates, and sign them up for our platform. What you’ll do: Visit exporters and MSME businesses in person across Delhi NCR — industrial areas, offices, factories Explain simply how much money they’re missing out on (we’ll train you on this) Do live product demos on the spot Follow up with leads until they sign up Report your daily visits and progress What we’re looking for: 3+ years of genuine field sales experience — visiting clients in person, not phone/office sales Comfortable talking to business owners and explaining a new product confidently Own two-wheeler preferred (for daily travel across NCR) Basic English to read reports and messages; fluent Hindi for client conversations Willing to work 6 days a week (Mon–Sat) What you’ll get: Fixed monthly salary + travel allowance Uncapped commission on every client you sign up — no ceiling on how much you can earn Bonus for clients who stay 3+ months Free trip to Melbourne, Australia if you onboard 100 clients Direct reporting to the founder — no bureaucracy, fast decisions This is a real field job — daily visits, real conversations, real targets.
