Conduct 8–10 customer visits weekly to identify opportunities, introduce products, initiate trials, and convert them into sales Understand customer requirements and explain trial process, product benefits, and expected outcomes to technical teams Coordinate with factory’s technical, production, and quality teams during trials for smooth execution Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through new business development and conversions Follow up on sample dispatches, approvals, trials, and commercial discussions until final conversion Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term growth Maintain accurate records of visits, trials, and pipeline status for effective tracking Reference check from customers from previous companies
