As a Senior Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling our products/services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products/services. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance. Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and suggestions for product/service enhancements. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role in a senior capacity. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in telesales is a plus.
